| Dendrocalamus Sikkimensis 20m x 20cm. -2°C. An outstanding bamboo with orange coloured culms. Produces good timber and edible shoots. Last year, this bamboo flowered gregariously (went to seed then died). This is the natural life cycle of some bamboo species and something we will only see once in our lifetime for this particular bamboo. The life cycles of bamboos vary but may be up to 100 years.
