Bamboo has interested me for about 2 years now and i would like to purchase two but not sure how to do this i'm in Brisbane.. ive already had bad press from some people because of the runners introduced years ago just like staffy dogs bad press not good if only people would see how relaxing these grasses are and i think tthey would make brisbane city look amazing if planted around the city lots of shade and creating fresh cool are i just love them and want some badly ;-)

Our beautiful gombong batu which we planted on our property at Moore Park - north of bundaberg, is now going on two years old and from my very limited knowledge seems to have grown very well and looks terrific - however we would love to learn how to look after it properly so it grows into a spectacular specimen like yours.........

THANK YOU!
Enjoyed the stroll yesturday through the Bamboo Land and the greeting of the emu-nice, very relaxing after getting up at 4am to drive from south brisy. I got some buddahs belly from u a few years ago on a quick drive past and they are growing well & beautiful even thru the drought.. now looking forward to seeing this lot grow up for even more nice atmosphere at my home.

We have bought several bamboos and Heliconias from you and all have done extremely well. Unforetunately, as we are on a suburban block in Brisbane, we have only been able to plant the small bamboos but they are just so beautiful. Love your gardens they are so peaceful.

Great site, look forward to seeing all the info pages being completed. Bamboo is a great plant and I can't wait to start landscaping my acre block with many different species. Well done Bamboo Land.

We were out there yesterday and got a few plants, thanks for your advice and help. If we had a bigger yard I would like to buy one of everything. We were amazed at how many varieties you had and the way you have everything set out is great.

Have tried all over Rocky to get decent Bamboo, No luck. But travelling back from Adelaide recently took the detour of the Bruce and found your heaven. Due to space problems only took away 2 Bamboo and 1 Heliconia. Great we will be back. Look fwd to the delivery page being completed for prices delivered to Rocky.
Cheers.

Amazing. Most unique nursery ever visited. Started my new obsession with Heliconias. Loved the beautiful Bamboo too, only wish my house block was big enough to grow some! Will be back soon for advice on buying some smaller varieties.

I visited your nursery yesterday the 2.8.2007. Your Bamboo-Park is really fantastic. It was great to walk trough this huge Bamboos. In Switzerland, where I live, they would never reach this size! I know about, because i have a tree nursery in the region of Berne. If you are interested in, you will find my business under www.daepp.ch. Near your nursery I saw the first time kangaroos in wildlife, it was amazing! Chantal, a friend of mine and me, we spend our holidays in Australia. We started in Sydney and drive now up the coast to Cairns. It really is a beautiful country!

In a few minutes we will continue our yourney, but I would like to tell you, that we were very friendly welcomed by the nice young lady with dark long hair. She told us, that she never have been outside Australia... so please tell her, if she once likes to stay in Switzerland she would be welcome everytime.

I wish you all the best and hope to hear from you

Patrick

Great and fantastic display of bamboos, it was a pleasure stolling through the wonderful setting you have there on the banks of the Burrum River. When I am up that way again, worth the visit... best of luck.. and loved the carving of the snake.

Great layout and absolutely stunning display/s.
Well worth a visit to see the variety, colours and unbelievable sizes that are available.
Never believed that bamboo could ever get to the size, weight and strength that some of the varieties seem to get too.
Your Website is also very well presented. Lots of luck and prosperity for the future with Bamboo Land.

We called into the nursery on the way home from Brisbane. We had limited time available so could only look at a small part of the nursery. We are looking forward to having another look at the nursery when we have more time.

I purchased Bamboo from you and have found the plants healthy and growing well on our little farmlet. What I would like is some information on insecticides and fertilisers that will help with their protection and growth. I presently have white powdery deposit on the leaves. Love your site and plants. Thank you, Terry and Leonie

Had seen website previously but managed to visit Bambooland on our recent holiday. Fantastic setup - can see that it is more than just a business. You couldn't make it any more impressive. Kids loved it as well. Will let you know how the bamboos we purchased grow in Dubbo

great website with plenty of information and photos which helps when trying to chose....but would have liked to see delivery areas and prices. As I am in WA it is hard to find mail order nurserys to deliver here. It would make it a whole lot quicker to know first up if you delivered to Perth.

Firstly,i would like to say what a great website you have!

The photos are absolutely stunning and i only wish i could see them in person, however, living in Adelaide makes that rather difficult!
But,nevertheless,i must make an effort to travel there one day.

We wish you all the best and continued success in your business.

We stopped in at Bamboo Land to have a break in our drive home and boy I am so glad that we did. It is just awesome! I was able to get some gardening advice and my 8 year old daughter and I were just wowed by the gardens. Well done to you all on such a fantastic display. I recommend this not only to gardeners but anyone with children. A great driver reviver spot for all.

Thankyou for your lovely hospitality. Bamboo Land is my paradise away from the City.

A fabulous place. What I love about your place is the opportunity to see a huge variety of mature bamboo growing in the open and not just potted up for a quick sale. Truely inspiring. I'll be back for sure.
