SERIOUSLY, Bambooland has by far the best customer service one could ever ask for. Staff members are knowledgable, friendly and empathetic. Most of all, they're generous. They replaced my complete order after the courier service had delivered my plants to a wrong address. The plants I've ordered are always beautiful, healthy and affordable. I absolutely love all the heliconias, gingers and bamboos I've bought from Bambooland. Now I can't wait for them to flourish. DEFINITELY recommending!!!!
