Viburnum odoratissimum 'Emerald Lustre'
A fast growing hardy shrub with large glossy leaves. A fantastic screening plant between neighbours. Can be pruned to desired shape and height. Fragrant flowers during Summer which also attract birds. Tolerant to high wind and light frost.

Climate: Suitable for most part of Australia (Temperate to Tropical).
Light conditions: Full sun to part shade
Growth habit: Round, bushy
Growing conditions: Moist well drained soil
Flowers: Summer
If planting the Emerald Lustre as a hedge witht the intent of trimming to say 1 to 2m in height, then they should be planted between 75cm and 100cm apart.
If you want them to grow up to the full height of 4m, then its best to plant them a little bit further apart - around 1.5 to 2m spacing.
